Sweepstakes Policy

High Rollers of St Lucie Inc. (“High Rollers,” the “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the owner and operator of www.TaoSweeps.com and any affiliated websites and related mobile versions (“TaoSweeps.com” or the “Platform”). This Sweepstakes Policy (the “Policy”) explains in one place how the sweepstakes promotions offered on TaoSweeps.com (the “Sweepstakes”) work: who may take part, how Sweep Coins are obtained for free, how Sweep Coin Games are played, and how Prizes are verified and redeemed.

This Policy is incorporated into, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions at www.TaoSweeps.com/termsandconditions and our Promo Rules at www.TaoSweeps.com/promorules, as well as our Privacy Policy, Data Protection Policy, AML/CTF Policy at www.TaoSweeps.com/amlpolicy, and Responsible Gaming Policy at www.TaoSweeps.com/responsiblegaming. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions and the Promo Rules. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms and Conditions or the Promo Rules, the Terms and Conditions and the Promo Rules control.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR TO WIN PRIZES. TAOSWEEPS.COM DOES NOT OFFER ANY REAL MONEY GAMING. SWEEP COINS CANNOT BE PURCHASED AND HAVE NO REAL WORLD OR CASH VALUE. THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes are sponsored and administered by High Rollers of St Lucie Inc., email support@taosweeps.com.

TaoSweeps.com is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, or any other company that may host or publish the Platform on its app store.

2. How the Sweepstakes Work

TaoSweeps.com is a social casino gaming platform. We are not a gambling service, and we do not take or place bets. The Platform uses two separate virtual tokens, Gold Coins and Sweep Coins, which work very differently:

Gold Coins can never be used to enter Sweep Coin Games, and no Prizes may be won or redeemed with Gold Coins. You may not sell, trade, assign, or transfer Gold Coins or Sweep Coins to any other person, or attempt to do so.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes are open only to natural persons who:

• are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the minimum age in their jurisdiction at the time of entry, whichever is greater;
• live in the United States or Canada, outside the Restricted Jurisdictions listed below;
• own a single account on TaoSweeps.com and an accompanying email address; and
• have satisfactorily completed our Identity Verification (KYC) process.

The Sweepstakes are not open to any person who:

• lives or plays in the U.S. States of California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, or Washington, or the Canadian Province of Quebec (each, a “Restricted Jurisdiction”);
• lives in any other jurisdiction where TaoSweeps.com’s social casino services or the Sweepstakes are illegal;
• lives outside the United States or Canada;
• is on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals; or
• is an employee, distributor, associate, concessionary, or other agent of TaoSweeps.com, or an immediate family member of any such person.

TaoSweeps.com, including Gold Coins and Sweep Coins, is not available in any Restricted Jurisdiction. Multiple accounts are expressly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that your participation is lawful where you live, and we make no guarantee that the Sweepstakes are legal in your jurisdiction.

4. Promotional Period

The Sweepstakes run concurrently with the promotion of our social casino games and our brand, and will run until December 31, 2026. Our servers are the official timekeeping device of the Sweepstakes.

We may cancel, pause, modify, or suspend all or part of the Sweepstakes with immediate effect because of events or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will determine whether any event or circumstance impairs the proper functioning or integrity of the Sweepstakes, and will take any corrective action, in our sole discretion.

5. Free Ways to Obtain Sweep Coins

Sweep Coins cannot be purchased on TaoSweeps.com. You may receive Sweep Coins for free in a number of ways, including:

• as a sign-up bonus when you create an account;
• as a daily login bonus, the first time you log into your account each day, by following the instructions on the pop-up screen;
• by spinning the Lucky Wheel once every twelve (12) hours;
• as a promotional bonus when purchasing some packages of Gold Coins;
• by logging in on certain holidays and claiming bonus Sweep Coins;
• as a birthday bonus, if you completed KYC verification before your birthday;
• as a bonus when you reach a new VIP level, or by completing challenges, through gameplay;
• by entering no-cost giveaways on TaoSweeps.com’s social media pages, or occasional promotions such as pop-up gift boxes on TaoSweeps.com;
• by clicking a link in an email sent by TaoSweeps.com to the email address registered to your account;
• by referring a new player who signs up for an account using your referral code at the time of sign-up;
• by participating in weekly tournaments based on the prior week’s Gold Coin gameplay;
• by leaving a unique, honest review of TaoSweeps.com on a public review platform and sending the link to chat support (limited to one bonus per platform; reviews do not need to be positive, and you are responsible for following the FTC’s guidelines on reviews in exchange for benefits);
• through other free promotion codes that we display prominently on TaoSweeps.com or send by email; and
• through the free Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 6.

The amount of Sweep Coins received for each qualifying activity is prominently displayed on TaoSweeps.com. We may change these amounts, and the balance of Sweep Coins in any account, at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion, including by removing Sweep Coins associated with inactive accounts. Sweep Coins may be of limited duration.

6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

You can receive free Sweep Coins by mail without making any purchase. For each Request Card you submit that meets the requirements below, you will receive two (2) Sweep Coins.

Step 1: Get a Voucher Request Code

Log into your account, go to the Promotion Tab, and choose Request A Voucher Code. A Voucher Request Code is a unique combination of 12 digits that:

• can only be used once;
• expires fourteen (14) days after it is displayed, and a Request Card containing an expired code at the time of processing will be void; and
• can only be used in connection with the account that generated it. If we suspect that you have directly or indirectly provided a Voucher Request Code to another person, you may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

Step 2: Prepare your Request Card

Use a standard post card or piece of white paper that is size A4 (8.27 x 11.69 inches), unfolded, unlined, and otherwise blank (the “Request Card”). Handwrite all of the following on only one side of the Request Card:

a. In the top-left corner, one unique Voucher Request Code; and b. Under the Voucher Request Code, in the following order: i. Your full name as shown on your government-issued identification; ii. The email address registered to your account; iii. The return/residential address registered to your account; and iv. The following statement: “I wish to receive Sweep Coins to participate in the sweepstakes promotions offered by TaoSweeps.com. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by TaoSweeps.com’s Terms and Conditions and Promo Rules.”

Step 3: Mail your Request Card

Place the Request Card inside a stamped envelope, addressed in handwriting to: High Rollers of St Lucie Inc. (email support@taosweeps.com for the mailing address). Handwrite your return address on the front of the envelope, together with the words “Sweepstakes Entries.”

AMOE Rules

• There is a limit of one Request Card per outer envelope. Combined requests sent via package or parcel are invalid.
• The request must be made only by you, and must be posted from the same state or province as your verified residential address.
• Requests made by any other individual or entity, including commercial sweepstakes subscription, notification, or entering services, are invalid.
• Your handwriting must be legible. We determine legibility in our sole discretion, and illegible entries are void.
• Tampering with the entry process, including using any device or software to automate requests or to unfairly assist with the handwriting requirement, is prohibited, and any such request is void.
• Envelopes that damage, or are reasonably likely to damage, the equipment or procedures used to process mailed requests (for example, handmade envelopes with poor-quality or non-standard adhesive or paper) are void.
• If a dispute about who actually submitted a request, or whether a request meets these requirements, cannot be resolved to our satisfaction, the request is ineligible.

Sweep Coins will be added to your account once we have verified that all requirements have been met. Sweep Coins received through the AMOE are added to the same balance, and are subject to the same rules, as Sweep Coins received in any other way.

7. Sweep Coin Games

Sweep Coins can be used to play Sweep Coin Games, which give you a chance to compete in various competitions to win more Sweep Coins.

• Unplayed Sweep Coins. Sweep Coins that have not been played in at least one game are “Unplayed Sweep Coins.” Unplayed Sweep Coins cannot be redeemed for Prizes.
• Redeemable Sweep Coins. Sweep Coins won in Sweep Coin Games (“Redeemable Sweep Coins”) may be redeemed for Prizes or used to play Sweep Coin Games. Only the net winnings of Sweep Coins during any given day are eligible to be exchanged for Prizes. You cannot exchange the amount of Sweep Coins that you played in any day for cash Prizes.
• Cost to play. The amount of Sweep Coins required to play each game varies and is displayed next to the game. You may be able to increase the amount of Sweep Coins you play a game with, which can increase your potential winnings.
• Exchange rate. We may change the exchange rate between Redeemable Sweep Coins and Prizes at any time and for any reason, in our sole discretion, without notice to you.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning vary by the specific game played and the amount played on that game. You may obtain the specific odds of winning any particular gameplay by submitting a written request to TaoSweeps.com before participating. We reserve the right to adjust the odds of winning at any time.

9. Prizes and Redemption

9.1 Requirements

To redeem a Prize, you must:

• complete the KYC process, including verifying your personal information;
• redeem only Redeemable Sweep Coins;
• own or control the account associated with your chosen payment method, and provide any information we request to confirm your ownership or control;
• meet the Minimum Payment Threshold and stay within your Maximum Redemption Request; and
• comply with our Terms and Conditions, the Promo Rules, and the standard due diligence requirements in our AML/CTF Policy.

9.2 Minimum Payment Threshold

We will only process a Prize redemption if the redeemed value of the Prize is at least $50 when redeemed to gift cards or at least $100 when redeemed to cash (the “Minimum Payment Threshold”).

9.3 Currency

Prizes are redeemed in United States Dollars (USD) for players located within the United States, and in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for players located within Canada.

9.4 Maximum Redemption Request and Loyalty Program

The maximum amount you can redeem in any 24-hour period depends on your frequency of gameplay and participation in TaoSweeps.com promotions, as captured by your progress in our Loyalty Program and measured in “EXP Points.” EXP Points are earned by engaging in our activities, promotions, purchases, events, and gameplay. You are automatically enrolled once you complete the KYC process, and you can see your status and EXP Points bar on the “Lobby” page.

VIP Levels cannot be transferred to another player, and EXP Points cannot be exchanged for anything of value.

9.5 Other Limits

• Florida. In Florida, the maximum redemption value of a Sweep Coins Prize won on any one spin or play is $5,000. Any Prize valued above $5,000 will be reduced to $5,000.
• Daily limit. We may, in our sole discretion, limit your redemption of Sweep Coins to $10,000 per day, or any other amount over any period, where we consider it necessary to satisfy our regulatory obligations or the requirements of our partners or suppliers.
• Canada. Before redeeming a Prize, Canadian players must correctly answer a skill-testing question, without mechanical or other aid and within the time period we set, administered through their account or by email.
• Substitution. No substitution will be made except as provided in the Promo Rules, and no more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. We may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9.6 Payment of Prizes

When you exchange Redeemable Sweep Coins for a Prize and request redemption, we will issue payment to your selected payment method, subject to the Minimum Payment Threshold and the Maximum Redemption Request. Prizes are not awarded until redeemed, and you have no right to Sweep Coins that have not been redeemed.

If we receive notice of a lien or encumbrance against your account, we may suspend payouts until it is satisfied or discharged. We may also set off amounts arising from your breach of the Terms and Conditions, and adjust or deduct amounts transferred to your account, as described in Section 4(b) of the Terms and Conditions. The most common reasons for adjustments are chargebacks, fraud, conduct violations, third-party liens, garnishments, and technical errors.

10. Verification of Winners

POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION (IN ANY MANNER WE MAY CHOOSE), AND OUR DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. YOU ARE NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE ONLINE SCREEN INDICATES YOU ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL YOUR ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED, YOU HAVE FULLY COMPLIED WITH THE PROMO RULES, AND YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS OR OTHER PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN PLACE OF OUR VALIDATION AND VERIFICATION PROCESSES.

Before you redeem any Prize, we may require you to provide verification documents and information, and to sign certain forms, within seven (7) days. This may include an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited).

You will forfeit the Prize, and we may suspend or terminate your account, if you:

• fail to provide the requested documents or information, or to sign the required forms, in a timely manner;
• cannot be contacted, or the Prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable;
• fail to comply with the Promo Rules; or
• are found to have violated our Terms and Conditions, which makes any Prize null and void.

TaoSweeps.com is not responsible for any delays in the verification or redemption process.

11. Taxes and Fees

You are solely responsible for any taxes, bank charges, and transaction fees associated with any Prize. We are not responsible for any federal, state, or provincial income tax withholding. If requested, you must provide your Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number so that the appropriate IRS form can be issued where required by law. Failure to provide this information may result in termination of the Terms and Conditions.

12. Account Balances, Inactivity, and Forfeiture

• Sweep Coins may be deleted from accounts that have been inactive for 180 days, and Gold Coins may be deleted from accounts that have been inactive for six (6) months.
• We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, including for a violation of the Terms and Conditions or inactivity of more than six (6) months. If we terminate your account, any remaining balance becomes non-refundable.
• Your balance of Sweep Coins and Gold Coins may not be returned or paid to you if TaoSweeps.com becomes insolvent, and we do not pay interest on account balances.
• Account balances and transactions are reported to you only through TaoSweeps.com.

13. Purchases Are Never Required; All Sales Are Final

You never need to purchase Gold Coins to take part in the Sweepstakes or to win a Prize. If you choose to purchase Gold Coins, all sales are final. All purchases of Gold Coins, whether used or unused, are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cryptocurrency payments, where accepted, are irreversible and non-refundable. Unused Sweep Coins are not eligible for any refund or exchange. Full billing and payment terms are set out in Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions.

14. Fair Play, Fraud, and Disqualification

To protect the integrity of the Sweepstakes, you must not:

• open or use more than one account, or access, use, or share any other person’s account;
• use bots, automated processes, or other fraudulent means to gain an unfair advantage, including in the AMOE process;
• share Voucher Request Codes, or submit requests on behalf of anyone else;
• provide false, misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information, including during KYC;
• use a stolen or fraudulent payment card; or
• abuse bonus or promotional criteria.

We may disqualify you, void any entry or Prize, and suspend or terminate your account for any violation of the Terms and Conditions or the Promo Rules. We may seek damages from any person acting in bad faith to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use of a stolen or fraudulent card will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. All users are subject to the standard due diligence requirements in our AML/CTF Policy, and we cooperate with law enforcement as described in our Terms and Conditions.

15. Responsible Gaming

The Sweepstakes are for entertainment purposes only. Your player account includes tools to help you stay in control, including session reminders, purchase and time limits, an hourly pop-up reminder showing how much time you have spent on TaoSweeps.com, and the ability to “Take a Break” or “Self-Exclude” for a set time or indefinitely. 16. Publicity

By withdrawing any Prize, you grant TaoSweeps.com the right to use your name, image, opinions, comments, voice, and likeness for advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, without notice or further consideration, except where prohibited by law.

17. Release

You will hold TaoSweeps.com and our employees, clients, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, media partners, officers, directors, content providers, and related parties not accountable for, and you will indemnify them from, any and all costs, expenses, liabilities, and damages that may arise as a result of (i) your acceptance of any Prize, (ii) your use of or inability to use any materials on TaoSweeps.com, (iii) your participation or inability to participate in the games and the Sweepstakes, and (iv) your other uses of TaoSweeps.com. The disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability in Sections 6, 7, and 8 of the Terms and Conditions also apply to the Sweepstakes.

18. Privacy

We collect and use personal information to verify your age and identity, process Prize redemptions, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy. We do not sell your personal data. Identity verification (KYC) and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the business relationship ends, in accordance with our AML/CTF Policy, and records relating to Prize redemptions, including tax documentation, are retained for as long as applicable tax laws require.

19. Disputes and Arbitration

THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 5 OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, “DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE, AND DAMAGES,” APPLY TO THIS POLICY AND THE SWEEPSTAKES WITH THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

• Informal resolution first. You must first contact our Live Support and negotiate in good faith. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days after we receive your written description of it, either party may submit it to arbitration.
• Individual arbitration. Disputes are resolved by binding, confidential arbitration before a single arbitrator under the Streamlined Rules of JAMS. Class, collective, and representative actions, and jury trials, are waived.
• Governing law and venue. Florida law and United States federal law apply. Any litigation that is not subject to arbitration must be brought exclusively in Orange County, Florida.
• Right to opt out. You may opt out of arbitration by sending signed written notice to High Rollers of St Lucie Inc. (email support@taosweeps.com for the mailing address), within the time period set out in Section 5(d) of the Terms and Conditions.

20. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy at any time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy, and the updated version supersedes any prior version immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in the Sweepstakes after any change means that you accept the updated Policy.
